Icesolution AS a part of Re-Turn

During 2021 Icesolution will become a part of Re-Turn as a separate business area.

The present owners, JKA Kemi AB, Sweden and Re-Turn AS (66,7% owner) have agreed to start a process to merge Icesolution with the main owner and become a separate Business Area. The technology inventors Joachim Karthäuser (JKA Kemi AB) and Stein Dietrichson (Re-Organic AS) will together with the of the Re-Turn crew continue the business development of the unique Re-Turn nano coatings and the Icesolution microwave/drone operated anti/de- icing technology and be available for further information and inquiries.
